Organização e funcionamento dos serviços de Arquivo Judiciário em Moçambique: caso do Tribunal Supremo

Abstract

This work aims to understand and describe the organization and functioning of judicial archive systems in Mozambique: the Supreme Court case. In this context, we will make an interpretation of the phenomenon related to the organization and functioning of the TSM archive, where the approach is qualitative, whose data collection translates into the analysis of documentary and bibliographic sources. The result of this research unfolds the historical study of the institution in the process of constitution and provision of the Archive in the TSM, constituted within the framework of the configuration of the supreme court. With this, we will also be able to establish a relationship between archival diagnosis and document management as a whole(TRADUÇÃO NOSSA)
