| Resumo: | O desenvolvimento turístico nas zonas costeiras de Moçambique é notório pelo surgimento contínuo de empreendimentos nessas áreas. Entre tanto, esse desenvolvimento ocorre sem planificação turística prévia que permita avaliar o potencial turístico dos destinos. Inhambane, especificamente no distrito de Morrumbene, embora destacado como um dos destinos que apresenta baixa procura turística, no povoado de Linga-Linga é actualmente observado a tendência de aproveitamento turístico, destacando actualmente quatro (4) instânciasturísticas. Os estudos de diagnóstico do potencial turístico dos destinos são imprescindíveis ao desenvolvimentoturístico de sucesso na medida que permitem conhecer a realidade da oferta turística do destino. O presente trabalho de pesquisa foi realizado no povoado de Linga-Linga distrito de Morrumbene, tendo como objectivo diagnosticar o potencial turístico do povoado com enfoque na oferta turística, focando especificamente na inventariação da oferta turística; avaliação da oferta turística existente e avaliações estratégicas da oferta turística. Para a sua realização, foi feito levantamento da oferta turística e suas características como acessibilidade, estado de conservação, sinalização entre outros aspectos, usando o Google Earth Pro; questionário e matriz de colecta dos dados dos recursos e atractivos, tendo sido analisados com recursos a SIG (Sistema de Informação Geográfica) através do software ArcMap 10.6, matriz de avaliação da oferta turística, matriz de avaliação do potencial turístico e a avaliação estratégica da oferta SWOT. Os resultados revelam uma qualidade baixa da oferta turística do povoado pois, os recursos e atractivos turísticos foram os únicos elementos da oferta que obtiveram uma avaliação regular e bom na classificação qualitativa e na determinação do potencial turístico, sendo que, os outros elementos tiveram nas duas avaliações uma classificação ruim e regular, assim o potencial turístico de povoado foi de média 2, porém a determinação do potencial turístico foi assumido um potencial aliado aos recursos e atractivos, tendo obtido um potencial final de média 3, que avalia-se como um potencial bom para desenvolvimento turístico com oferta turística de qualidade. | Abstract: | Tourism development in the coastal areas of Mozambique is notable for the continuous emergence of ventures in these areas. However, this development occurs without prior tourism planning that allows assessing the tourist potential of destinations. Inhambane, specifically in the district of Morrumbene, although highlighted as one of the destinations with low tourist demand, in the village of Linga-Linga it is currently observed the trend of tourist use, currently highlighting four (4) instances tourist. Diagnostic studies of the tourist potential of destinations are essential for development successful tourism insofar as they allow us to understand the reality of the destination's tourist offer. The gift research work was carried out in the village of Linga-Linga district of Morrumbene, with the objective diagnose the tourist potential of the village with a focus on the tourist offer, focusing specifically on the inventory of the tourist offer; evaluation of the existing tourist offer and strategic assessments of the offer tourist. To carry it out, a survey of the tourist offer and its characteristics was carried out, such as accessibility, conservation status, signage, among other aspects, using Google Earth Pro; questionnaire and matrix for collecting data on resources and attractions, which were analyzed using GIS resources (Geographic Information System) through ArcMap 10.6 software, tourist offer evaluation matrix, tourist potential assessment matrix and strategic assessment of the SWOT offer. The results reveal a low quality of the village's tourist offer as tourist resources and attractions were the only elements of the offer that obtained a regular and good evaluation in the qualitative classification and in determining the potential tourism, and the other elements had a poor and regular rating in both evaluations, thus the tourist potential of the village was an average of 2, however the determination of the tourist potential was assumed to be potential combined with resources and attractions, having obtained a final potential of average 3, which is evaluated as a good potential for tourism development with quality tourism offerings. The strategic evaluation of the offer reveals major weaknesses in the town's tourist offer, which certainly compromise the quality of the offer and consequent tourist development in the village of Linga-Linga.(TRADUÇÃO NOSSA) |
